In order for footage to be selected it must adhere to these 2 criteria:
Filmed in a 100% wild, fair chase environment while adhering to local game laws.
Submitter must have a current up-to-date Weekend Warrior Outdoors membership.
Weekend Warrior Outdoors will evaluate the following attributes to each video
submission. Videos that contain these attributes in high quality will be selected for
production. Don’t worry if your video does not contain all of these attributes, but
please strive to ensure that they do. Please refer to our Tips and
Techniques page for explanation.
Video Quality
o Focus Quality
o Clarity
Audio Quality
o Sound Quality
Hunt attributes
o Quality of the harvest
o Species harvested
o Amount of pre hunt footage
o Amount of hunt footage
o Amount of post hunt footage
Dialogue
o Length of pre-hunt dialogue
o Length of hunt dialogue
o Length of post-hunt dialogue
Most importantly we are looking for a story to tell and produce!
