What will I receive as a Weekend Warrior Outdoors member?
- Official Weekend Warrior Outdoors hat.
- Official Weekend Warrior Outdoors truck window decal.
- Official Membership Card.
- Right to submit your footage to be evaluated for a Weekend Warrior Outdoors production.
- Your choice of one Weekend Warrior Outdoors DVD.
- Royalties from each DVD sold (see examples below).

How and when is my membership renewed?
- Weekend Warrior Outdoors memberships should be renewed annually
We will send you renewal papers when appropriate.

Can I use my submitted footage in other venues?
- Yes, Weekend Warrior Outdoors will only copyright our final edited version. You can
still use your original footage for other projects.

Do both the cameraman and the hunter need to be members in order to submit
footage and receive royalties?
- Yes, in order to receive royalties you must be a member. In order to get good quality
footage, good team work is essential. Weekend Warrior Outdoors is just as much about the
cameraman as it is the hunter.

What kind of video camera do I need?
- For our DVD productions any format will work (DVD, MiniDV,8mm,High8, etc.) as long as
it's of high quality. However, Mini DV with 3ccd technology is recommended.

What are you looking for in video content?
- Any high quality hunting footage that depicts a story. It does not matter the weapon or
the species, as long as it is 100 percent original and taken under 100% wild, fair chase
conditions.
- Weekend Warrior Outdoors is not always concerned about the big “kill shot”. If
you have home video footage of wildlife that you think is unique, interesting, or just
flat out crazy, then by all means send it to us. We will produce this footage in a similar
fashion to our other selected hunting submissions. If your footage makes it to DVD, then
you will be eligible for royalties from the sale of the DVD. If the footage does not make
any DVD, you will still be eligible to receive the normal regular membership royalty
percentage.

- Video: Sony FX-1, Canon GL2
- Audio: Sennheiser Microphones
- Camera: Panasonic DMC-FZ50, Sony DSC-H5
- Editing: Mac Pro, Final Cut Express, Adobe Premier Pro, Matrox Axio
- Misc: Bogen Tri-Pod and Heads, HunterCam Cradle tree arms, Varizoom controllers

Is there a limit to how many times a member can submit video footage?
- Absolutely not! The more footage you submit the better chances you have of getting
produced.

How do I get paid if my video is selected/not selected?
- Payments will be made annually through a third party accountant and auditor.

What do I get paid if my video is selected/not selected?
- If your video footage is selected and produced, you will receive an equal percentage of
50 percent of net sales divided among members on DVD.

# Members on DVD: 20 (10 hunters and 10 cameramen)
% to members on DVD: 50%
Payment back to each member on DVD: $1,875

- If your video footage is NOT selected and produced, you will receive and equal
percentage of 25 percent of net sales divided among all members of Weekend Warrior
Outdoors not appearing in the DVD.

- Yes, we will issue 1099's.

Does Weekend Warrior Outdoors have the right to edit video footage
submissions?
- Yes, we will edit and produce the appropriate format. Members must sign and date our
video consent and release form prior to submitting video footage.

How will I know if my submitted footage is selected?
- We will contact you to inform you, and to collect additional information about you and
your hunt.

What happens to the video footage I send to Weekend Warrior Outdoors?
- Your footage will be reviewed, and if selected, produced on DVD that will be marketed
and sold by Weekend Warrior Outdoors.
- Weekend Warrior Outdoors will return all your footage, if you request.
Please make copies of all your submissions.
